Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still
One of the most decorated Irish whiskeys, Redbreast is the largest selling Single Pot Still Irish whiskey in the world. Full of aroma and flavour, it benefits from a strong contribution from distillates which have matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it its trademark Christmas cake character. Nose Taste Finish Aromas of crème caramel, toffee, dried fruits with some touches of spice and coffee. Rich and oily on the palate with flavours of dried fruits, roasted nuts and exotic spices The finish is long, spicy and warm.
Green Spot Single Pot Still
This multi award winning whiskey is of exceptional quality. Matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this produces a perfectly balanced Single Pot Still expression. One of the lighter whiskeys in the pot still range. Nose Taste Finish Fresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood. Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. The finish delivers lingering flavours of spices and barley.
Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Single Pot Still
This whiskey contains single pot still components aged in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and ex-malaga wine casks, similar to Green Spot but aged for at least 12 years. This maturation gives an added layer of complexity and delves into the more complex aspects of the Single Pot Still Spirit, offering a definite step up in quality and complexity. Nose Taste Finish Aromas of mown hay, cracked black pepper, nutmeg, clove oil and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks. Pot still spices, honey and red apple combine with flavours of crème brûlée, fresh coffee and toasted oak all evident throughout. Sophisticated and complex with a distinctive honeyed character and a mix of red grape and dry barley on the finish.
